Return policy

For orders paid with the card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading, within 3-30 days from the acceptance of the return for the payment made with the card.

The returned product (s) must contain the original packaging and have no visible signs of use.
According to the legislation in force, the return of products for online purchases can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
