How do I pay?

In order to facilitate the ordering process on our website, we have teamed up with the best online payment processor in Romania, PlatiOnline.
For online card payment we accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards (including regular salary cards).

PlatiOnline.ro works through the authorization / collection system, as follows:
On Eufonic.ro, after you have put in the basket everything you wanted and placed the order, you will be directed to the secure Plationline.ro page, where you must enter the card data → Plationline.ro verifies the card data and asks you to authorize the payment through the system enhanced security 3D Secure → from there, payment will be authorized through 3D Secure → The amount is locked in the account attached to your card → We, as a merchant, are notified that payment has been authorized → Those in the warehouse process the order within the deadline displayed on the site → The package is taken over by the courier, at which point the blocked amount is collected in full.
In other words, when you order and authorize payment, the money in the account is not taken directly, but is blocked until the order is confirmed by us and handed over to the courier. This is evidenced by proof of delivery to courier companies.

If a problem arises and we are unable to honor your order, we will notify you. This situation leads to the process of unlocking the amount. According to current legislation, it lasts between 1-30 days.

For payment by card, the transaction will appear on the account statement with the name Eufonic.
No additional transaction fees are charged. Regardless of the currency you have in your account, the transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of your bank.
