How do I order?
We’re glad you’re asking ! The process is quite simple:
Since you arrived in our online store, you’ve probably been drawn to one of the items we’ve displayed. It doesn’t matter if it’s a single, EP, LP or album. In the audiophile world, such a musical object is called a release (as a noun, in English the word also has the meaning of a published object – book, audio CD, Blu-ray movie, etc.).
Well, after you have entered in the virtual cart how many releases you want to listen to at the pick-up, it’s time to complete the order.
If you are a new customer, you need to enter your delivery details so that we know where to send it. These are standard things, so don’t be scared: name, address, phone number. This will generate, at the end of the order, a password that we send you by e-mail and with which you can log in next time.
The above applies to existing customers, at which point you only need to log in from the “Click here to log in” link above the new customer form.
If you want delivery to another address, this is possible by ticking the box to the left of the “Do you deliver to another address?” Box to the right of the billing details form.
In the next section you can check the order again. If everything is fine, we invite you to select the method by which you want to make the payment. As we describe in detail in the “How do I pay?” Section, you can do this either securely, in advance (by debit or credit card), or in a refund system (payment upon receipt of the package).
All that remains to be done is to check that you agree with the terms and conditions of the order.
Then it remains for us to confirm the order and deliver it and… Done! In a few simple steps, your favorite releases will be on their way!
